What You Need to Know
We’re looking to add a Product Director to our Product Management team. The Product Director will be responsible for leading the overall product strategy, prioritization, and external/vendor alignment. This role will identify client needs and business objectives for a particular project/product, articulating what success looks like and coordinates with team members to help turn that vision into a deliverable.
What You’ll Do
- Translate product scope into detailed requirements for Software Development team
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with Software Development team and/or external vendors to deliver while optimizing resources for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Act as a product advocate to build awareness and understanding with both the client and HWP stakeholders
- Assist in onboarding new clients and brands, ensuring seamless implementation of new business.
- Systematically collect user feedback and prioritize product enhancements
- Create and maintain the Product Catalog/Playbook and update offerings quarterly
- Monitor performance obligations in technology SOWs, collaborating on scoping and pricing strategies.
What You’ll Have
- 4+ years of Product Management or other relevant experience
- A degree with a major in a technology field
- Med com experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven expertise in cross-functional collaboration

What You Need to Know
We’re looking to add a Product Manager to the Product Management team. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day execution, ensuring alignment between technical teams, stakeholders, and product requirements. This role will oversee software product development projects executed by Application Developers and communicate status and completion with internal and external Clients. The key focus of this role will be delivery and stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Assess product development project requests and implement comprehensive execution plans.
- Act as a conduit among the Data Services Team, Infrastructure Team, and stakeholders to ensure effective information flow.
- Present and train stakeholders on new and existing software features
- Develop and implement processes to ensure software product satisfies the needs of stakeholders
- Identify risks related to client deliverables and identify appropriate solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder utilization and compliance of Product Catalog/Playbook
What You’ll Have
- 2+ years of Product Management or other relevant experience
- A degree with a major in a technology field

What You Need to Know
We’re looking to add a Product Coordinator to our Product Management Team. The Product Coordinator will be responsible for hands-on support for product updates, testing, and documentation, enabling smooth operations and consistent updates to the Product Catalog/Playbook. Additionally, understanding the HWP proprietary software products will be key to support to users and the overall Product Management Team.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and provide user support for HWP’s proprietary software products
- Extensively test all product updates and client deliverables to ensure quality and functionality
- Resolve support tickets related to proprietary software products, escalating when necessary
- Prepare content for submission to necessary regulatory bodies
- Track project progress, deadlines, and key milestones, ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Provide general support to the Product Management and Development Teams
- Maintain, update, and distribute Product Catalog/Playbook
What You’ll Have
- 1+ years of relevant work experience, internships, volunteer work is preferred
- A degree with a major in a technology field is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access
- Strong focus on quality and consistency in work outputs
