Associate Director of Financial Operations, Speaker Bureau

What You’ll Do:
- Manage budgeting, reporting, reconciliation, and financial operations for assigned speaker bureau clients
- Ensure accurate completion of final reconciliation process for speaker bureau programs
- Communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues and answering inquiries
- Oversee the management of company American Express cards, including assignment, termination, and monthly reconciliation
- Provide day-to-day supervision of support staff
- Contribute to training and onboarding within and across departments
What You’ll Have:
- Degree in accounting or business
- 7+ years’ experience in accounting operations
- Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
- Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP system
- Knowledge of compliance and aggregate spend requirements related to the pharmaceutical industry
- Keen oral and written communication skills
