About the Role
We’re looking to hire a rockstar Part-time Receptionist to join our San Diego team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day reception operations, supporting the HWP team, guests, visitors, and callers, and should have a passion for helping others. Please note that this position is on-site only and the candidate must be able to commute to the San Diego office.
Part-time hours: 11:00 am–3:00 pm
Flexibility to work extra hours if needed
- Ensure ongoing operation of office equipment and efficiency of all office services
- Execute all reception services within safety guidelines, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests, visitors, and callers
- Provide administrative support to San Diego team as needed
Skills
- 1-2 years reception or administrative experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft® Word and Excel
- Good customer service skills with willingness to be helpful as needed
