At this time we are looking to add a Talent Acquisition & HR Administration Specialist to the Human Resources team. This candidate will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, enforcing policies and practices, administering HR programs and systems, and serve as a point of contact for employee queries or HR-related topics.

You will be asked to:

  • Administer the HR data and tracking systems
  • Execute HR programs
  • Observe competitor recruiting tactics and ensure HWP is promoted to potential candidates–collaborate with the social media team
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruiting and hiring process requirements
  • Maintain compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices
  • Keep abreast of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR talent management and employment law
  • Complete ad hoc administrative tasks assigned

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree with a major in an HR-related field plus 2 years' experience working in an HR department. You will need to be proficient in all Microsoft® Office programs, including Access. You will be successful if you have high-caliber communication skills, remarkable conflict management skills, and are detail-oriented.
