At this time we are looking to add a Vice President, Account Services to our Account Services team. This high-energy candidate will be dedicated to developing and fostering client relationships and demonstrating the value of HWP. In addition, you will work collaboratively with clients leading the HWP Account Services team to ensure successful planning and execution of programs and development of quality enduring educational initiatives. You will be the in-house expert for the client’s strategy and be able to communicate it to the internal HWP team and be certain that the strategy is considered at each stage of the work.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Interacting directly with clients, providing an exceptional client experience
  • Ongoing communication with the brand team to ensure successful live and enduring program execution
  • Supporting the client relationship across projects through an understanding of the strategy
  • Collaborating with clients and the HWP team to ensure successful execution of programs and development of quality resources for programs
  • Keeping current with industry, scientific, and marketing trends and applying these to the client’s strategic objectives

 We will be looking to you to demonstrate effective and inspiring leadership and a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on HWP’s success. Your effectiveness will depend on the ability to plan and strategize at a senior level as well as having excellent written and oral communication skills and effective team management capabilities.

 In addition, you should have:

  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • A background with an agency or other relevant industry
  • A persuasive and confident approach to programs
  • Keen attention to detail and financial restraints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe® Acrobat)
  • Strong internet search skills
  • The ability to learn new content and information
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceutical products
