At this time, we are looking to add several Virtual Meeting Moderators to the Meeting Planning team. These part-time candidates will be responsible for the successful execution of virtual meetings.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Preprogram management (eg, set up, tech check, content posting, greeting presenter/client, and audience sign in/attendance)
  • Meeting start support (eg, introductions, confirmation of projection of content, and audio quality)
  • Program oversight during the entirety of the meeting (eg, monitor content presentation, projection, and quality of meeting for both sound and video; access chat for questions; open lines for discussion)
  • Postprogram documentation (eg, audience attendance, chat report)
  • Must be available based on program scheduling (eg, various times of the day or evening across US time zones, all days of the week except Sunday) 
The ideal candidates will be proficient in virtual platforms, (eg, Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinar) and have a background in meeting planning and/or meeting audiovisual services. To be successful, you should have superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
