Vice President, Comprehensive Creative Services
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the integrative creative services and production team, including art, graphic design, slide production, and copywriting to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables that meet or exceed external and internal client requirements
- Collaborating with account teams in ideation and development of new program and project concepts and parameters
- Ensuring optimal engagement and collaboration within the department and cross-functionally
- Keeping abreast of current and emerging trends in creative storytelling, concepting, and design of print and digital content, social media, digital content creation, and technology to ensure the company’s offerings and practices are effective, market competitive, and compliant, making recommendations as needed
- Delivering industry awards annually
Skills
- 10 years of creative experience within a health care communications agency required
- Ability to communicate clearly, thoroughly, and succinctly both verbally and in writing; can clearly articulate an idea and the reason(s) behind a specific creative direction
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and apply in work
- Current knowledge and understanding of where and how people interact with media, including at home, on the go, mobile, broadcast, print, event, etc.
- Collaborating well with others, demonstrated by partnering with other creatives to successfully brainstorm and concept ideas
- Anticipating potential problems and obstacles to project success, communicating concerns and developing solutions
- Proficiency with Adobe® Creative Suite
- Strong understanding and ability to apply design principles; strong concepting ability as well as layout and typographic skills
