Who We’re Looking for

We’re looking to add a Data Control Manager to our Meeting Planning team. The Data Control Manager will be responsible for the timely and accurate closeout, including financial reconciliation, of all peer-to-peer programs in accordance with HWP and client requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect all meeting documentation from client field representatives, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information, and conduct error-free data entry into the applicable database
  • Serve as point of contact with client compliance personnel, field reps, and internal stakeholders as needed regarding compliance, data, and missing/inaccurate data
  • Manage receipt reconciliation by breaking down and reviewing receipts to determine compliance and price per person for aggregate spend reporting
  • Supervise part-time and coordinator level positions that are assigned close-out and reconciliation tasks
  • Contribute to the training and onboarding of others by supporting integration into the organization, serving as a role model, and transferring expertise and knowledge

What You Should Have

  • Familiarity with speaker bureau and/or meeting planning
  • High-level computer skills, including Microsoft® Outlook, Access, and online search
  • Keen detail orientation and ability to conduct flawless QC
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong communications skills
  • Problem-solving skills and numbers aptitude
  • Process/operations orientation
