What You Need to Know

We are looking to add a Senior Graphic Designer to the Hybrid Creative team. In this role, you will be accountable to the Chief Creative Officer and Senior Art Director. You will shape our brand’s visual identity and deliver innovative and impactful design solutions. Additionally, the Senior Graphic Designer will bring a wealth of design expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to contribute to the success of our projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide creative leadership within the design team, guiding and mentoring junior designers
  • Oversee the creative direction of projects to ensure alignment with brand identity and project goals
  • Engage in strategic thinking, considering project objectives, user experience, and business goals
  • Develop design concepts that not only meet aesthetic standards but also contribute to the overall project strategy
  • Plan and manage design projects, including setting timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design into the overall project plan
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
  • Bring innovative and cutting-edge design ideas to projects, pushing creative boundaries
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and present design concepts
  • Incorporate client feedback to deliver design solutions that meet or exceed expectations
  • Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail in all design work
  • Ensure that design elements align with the highest standards of quality and consistency
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and other stakeholders
  • Communicate design vision and concepts clearly to ensure alignment with project goals

What You’ll Have

  • 5+ years experience working within an agency or studio environment
  • Proven experience as a Senior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects associated with brands we recognize
  • Pharmaceutical or bioscience experience is a plus
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite®
  • Animation, UI, UX experience is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly skilled at prioritizing and managing time while meeting tight deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks

  • Salary range: $65,000 – $80,000 annually. HWP expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range.
