Eric leads the architecture, deployment, and support of HWP’s Technology infrastructure. He oversees the Software Development, Product Management, and Data Reporting teams responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-wide functions with a focus on delivering solutions to streamline business process. Eric has worked side-by-side with HWP leadership and staff to expand the company’s technology needs, ensuring a strong foundation and platform focused on growth. This technology expertise plays a large role in defining HWP for its clients and ultimately helps healthcare professionals who benefit from our work. Prior to joining HWP full time in 2019, Eric worked as a technology consultant in private practice for nearly 20 years in the financial, legal, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare fields.
Guy leads the meeting planning and program management departments for our speaker bureau. He brings to HWP more than 15 years of executive oversight experience in the life science industry, specifically speaker bureau account and operations management. During his career, he has successfully led the transformation of organizational structures and processes across multiple service support areas that have resulted in the delivery of customer service and compliance excellence to his client partners.
Jessica is a trusted leader who mentors and motivates her team of more than 25 account professionals to grow HWP’s business portfolio, while maintaining the superior level of service our clients have come to expect. During the past 20-plus years, she has delivered creative, novel solutions to drive the advancement of patient care. Her core strengths include cultivating strong client relationships, supporting brand strategy and tactics, maintaining strict compliance, and providing superior customer service—all while using her proven judgment and management skills to ensure projects are delivered on target and on schedule. Jessica has gained experience on multiple client accounts in diverse therapeutic categories, including psychiatry, neurology, and rare diseases. Her tenure has made her a well-known name among key opinion leaders, clients, and other critical members in the industry.
Jamie establishes consistent and efficient operations for the medical marketing and medical affairs business units and develops processes and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of HWP and its clients. She ensures smooth and consistent internal coordination and management of projects across the company’s departments, and she develops and implements standard operating procedures to promote effective communication and collaborative work. Jamie has established the Operations Department to support HWP processes, and she oversees and manages our Editorial Services, Marketing Operations, Comprehensive Creative Services, and Meeting and Event Operations departments. Additionally, she established the HWP publications team. She has an extensive background across a variety of project types and disease states, making her a strong operations lead for HWP.
As a healthcare professional, Elizabeth understands the importance of clear and effective medical education in enhancing patient care and helping clinicians make evidence-based decisions. Elizabeth has more than 17 years of experience partnering with life science companies to ensure that the most important data is delivered to the appropriate decision makers in user-friendly formats. At HWP, she leads the Scientific and Medical Services department, a group of highly experienced, skilled medical writers and directors who expertly translate science into impactful and strategic educational content.
