Marketing Operations Coordinator

We are looking to add a Marketing Operations Coordinator to our San Diego-based Operations team. This candidate will be responsible for submitting and tracking program materials in client electronic tracking systems in accordance with client requirements.
We are looking to add a Vice President, Account Services to our Account Services team. This high-energy candidate will be dedicated to developing and fostering client relationships and demonstrating the value of HWP. In addition, you will work collaboratively with clients leading the HWP Account Services team to ensure successful planning and execution of programs and development of quality enduring educational initiatives. You will be the in-house expert for the client’s strategy and be able to communicate it to the internal HWP team and be certain that the strategy is considered at each stage of the work.
At this time we are looking to add an Account Director to our Account Services team. The Account Director is responsible for the delivery of quality work that exceeds the client’s needs and helps the client achieve their strategic business goals. You will do this through client relationships, the effective management of your own team, and your ability to collaborate with cross-departmental resources.
We are currently looking for a medical writer with experience in health economics outcomes research (HEOR) writing to join our Scientific and Medical Services Department. This person will work closely with clients, faculty advisors, and the internal client services and medical teams to develop and write a variety of high-quality scientific and medical deliverables.
The Medical Editor is responsible for working with the senior project team and lead editor to manage the project content from inception to completion, ensuring established deadlines are met, as well as technical accuracy and error-free preparation of all content-related materials. NOTE: Medical marketing agency and/or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
